Brandless began as our own problem.

We spent two years running an AI company, selling chatbots and voice agents to other businesses. The hard part was never the AI. It was putting our own brand on it, so clients saw us and not the tools we had built on top of.

The Brandless team gathered around a beach campfire at dusk.

A note from the founder

For the past two years I ran an AI company called Dalai. We sold chatbots and voice agents to other businesses, and the work itself went well. The agents were good, clients renewed, and word kept spreading.

The problem was everything around the product. We wanted clients to log in and see Dalai, not the tools we had built on top of. So we put together a dashboard with our name, our colors, and our domain on it. Then we rebuilt it, and then we rebuilt it again. Each version was a little better and none of them were good enough.

After enough rounds of that, it was obvious this should already exist. A company should be able to sell AI under its own brand without building the whole dashboard around it first. I went looking for a product that did this well and could not find one.

So I built it. Brandless is the platform I wanted back when I started Dalai. You bring your brand and your clients. We run the AI, host everything, and keep our name off it completely.
