Will my clients see Brandless?

Accepted Answer

No. Your client signs in at your subdomain, sees your logo and colors throughout, and gets emails from your address. Brandless is not visible anywhere in the product.

Yes. Every plan supports custom domains. Connect a domain you own and your clients sign in there.

Do I need developers to get started?

No. You configure everything from the dashboard. The AI runs on our infrastructure, so there are no API keys or servers to manage.

Can clients sign up themselves?

On Starter and Growth, you create each client workspace yourself. On Scale, you can turn on self-serve signup and let clients create their own workspace at your subdomain.

How are voice agents billed?

Every plan includes a monthly usage allowance for voice and chat. Usage is metered as your agents run: voice by the minute and chat by the message. You can watch your balance in real time on your usage page, set a monthly spend cap, or top up anytime. When the included allowance runs out, extra usage is billed automatically through your subscription.

Yes. Starter supports up to three clients. Growth and Scale let you serve as many as you need. Each client gets their own workspace under your brand.

Is there a free trial?

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We ask for a card up front to keep spam accounts off the platform, but you won't be charged until your trial ends. Cancel anytime before then.
